By accessing or playing TB Eradicator at tberadicator.com ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
TB Eradicator is a free, browser-based arcade game. The Game includes an optional global leaderboard and optional email notifications. No account creation is required to play.
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consents to these Terms.
When you submit a high score to the leaderboard, you provide:
Your initials, score, wave number, and submission date are publicly visible on the leaderboard. Your email address is never displayed publicly, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than score displacement notifications you have explicitly opted into.
Providing your email address is entirely optional. If you choose to provide it, you are opting in to receive score displacement notifications -- and only score displacement notifications. We will never send you marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content.
By entering your email and checking the opt-in checkbox, you consent to receive automated emails from TB Eradicator (scores@tberadicator.com) when another player's score surpasses yours on the leaderboard. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@tberadicator.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and the email address you wish to remove. We will process removal requests within 48 hours.
Each notification email will also include an unsubscribe link.
Leaderboard entries (initials, score, wave, date) are retained indefinitely as part of the public leaderboard. Email addresses associated with leaderboard entries are retained only as long as the associated entry remains in the database. You may request deletion of your email at any time by contacting privacy@tberadicator.com.

TB Eradicator, including all game code, artwork, sound effects, and design, is the property of Madho LLC. All rights reserved. You may share links to the Game and screenshots of your scores freely. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game's code or assets without written permission.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Madho LLC does not guarantee that the Game will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that leaderboard data will be preserved indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madho LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of leaderboard position, or inability to access the Game.
TB Eradicator is an entertainment product. While the Game references real tuberculosis biology, it is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or educational resource intended to replace professional medical training or advice. The depiction of TB bacteria and treatment mechanisms in the Game is simplified for gameplay purposes and should not be interpreted as clinical guidance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted at tberadicator.com/terms. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
