Overview

TB Eradicator is a free browser-based game operated by Madho LLC. We collect minimal data, only what's needed to run the leaderboard and optional email notifications. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal information.

1. What We Collect

Data Collected Automatically

None. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or fingerprinting. We do not collect IP addresses, device information, or browsing behavior.

If you never submit a high score, we collect nothing. If you submit without an email, we store only your initials, score, wave, and timestamp.

2. How We Use Your Data

Leaderboard Display

Your initials, score, wave, and submission date are displayed on the public leaderboard at tberadicator.com.

Score Displacement Notifications (Opt-In Only)

If you provide your email AND check the opt-in consent checkbox, we will send you a notification when another player surpasses your score. Specifically:

Maximum of one notification per email address per 24-hour period
Notifications sent via Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider
Each notification includes an unsubscribe link
We never send marketing, newsletters, or promotional content

If you do not check the opt-in checkbox, your email is not stored.

3. How We Store Your Data

Security Measures

Row Level Security (RLS) enforced on all database tables
Email addresses never returned in public API queries

No authentication tokens, session cookies, or client-side storage of personal data

Data Retention

Leaderboard entries: Retained indefinitely
Email addresses: Retained while associated entry exists; deleted upon request
Notification logs: Retained for 90 days, then purged

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase -- Database hosting
Vercel -- Web hosting and serverless functions
Resend -- Email delivery
Google Fonts -- Font delivery (Press Start 2P)

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

5. Your Rights

Access -- Email privacy@tberadicator.com to know what data we hold. Response within 14 days.
Deletion -- Email privacy@tberadicator.com with subject "Delete My Data." Processed within 48 hours.
Withdraw Consent -- Click unsubscribe in any notification email, or email privacy@tberadicator.com.
Correction -- Contact us to correct inaccurate data.

For California Residents (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

The legal basis for processing your email address is explicit consent (opt-in checkbox). You may withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For Users Under 18

If you are under 18 and have submitted personal data, you (or your parent/guardian) may request deletion by contacting privacy@tberadicator.com.

6. Children's Privacy

TB Eradicator is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, we will:

Investigate and contain the breach within 24 hours
Notify affected users via email within 72 hours
Notify relevant authorities as required by law
Provide public disclosure on tberadicator.com

8. Changes to This Policy

Changes take effect when posted at tberadicator.com/privacy. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without consent.
