ENEMY PATHOGENS

BASIC TB
100 PTS 1 HP WAVE 1+
Mycobacterium tuberculosis — the rod-shaped bacterium responsible for most TB infections worldwide. Slow-moving but persistent. Appears in swarms. One hit kills it, but don't let the numbers overwhelm you.
MDR-TB
250 PTS 2-3 HP WAVE 4+
Multi-Drug Resistant TB — a thicker, meaner rod with a reinforced waxy lipid coat that shrugs off first-line antibiotics. Takes multiple hits. Shows visible cracks as you damage it. Gets 3 HP after wave 8.
DORMANT TB (GRANULOMA)
200 PTS 1 HP WAVE 7+
TB bacteria walled off inside a granuloma — a layered immune structure with a caseous necrotic core. Appears to be sleeping (look for the Z's), but will suddenly wake up and dive-bomb you. Unpredictable and fast when provoked.
XDR BOSS
1000 PTS 15+ HP WAVE 5, 15, 25...
Extensively Drug-Resistant TB — a massive fused colony of bacteria that has evolved resistance to nearly all antibiotics. Fires aimed projectiles. Glows with a toxic green aura. Shows cracks and green fissures as you wear it down. Appears every 5th wave (except every 10th).
DENIED FUNDING
GOVT FUNDING PULLED
5000 PTS 30+ HP WAVE 10, 20, 30...
The real boss. A bureaucratic nightmare that teleports across the screen and attacks with three cycling patterns: a 5-shot spread, aimed double shots, and a rain of budget cuts. Trails red tape. Shows "DENIED" stamp. Glitches and cracks apart as you fight back. The hardest enemy in the game.

POWER-UPS

Power-ups drop randomly when you destroy enemies. Collect them to gain a temporary advantage.

RAPID FIRE
Doubles your fire rate for a limited time. Yellow/orange capsule with a lightning bolt. Great for melting through MDR-TB and bosses.
TRIPLE SHOT
Fires three projectiles in a spread pattern. Blue/cyan capsule. Covers more width — perfect for clearing dense formations.
SHIELD
Absorbs one hit without losing a life. Green/white capsule with a red cross. The shield glows around your syringe until it takes damage or expires.
ANTIBIOTIC BOMB
Instant screen-clear. Destroys all regular enemies on screen. Red/dark capsule with an explosion icon. Does NOT kill bosses, but deals heavy damage to them. Use wisely.

SURVIVAL TIPS

• Waves 1-5 are the warm-up. After wave 5, enemy speed, dive frequency, and formation size all ramp up significantly.

• Dormant TB (granulomas) look harmless while sleeping, but their dive attacks are fast and erratic.

• Save your Antibiotic Bombs for dense waves or to chip boss HP when you're overwhelmed.

• The GOVT FUNDING PULLED superboss teleports — keep moving and learn its three attack patterns.

• On mobile, enable auto-fire (top-right button) so you can focus on dodging.
